Description
Matched to your needs: The PerkinElmer AS-93plus auto sampler is a computer-controlled, multi-purpose sampling system for flame AA, ICP-OES and ICP-MS. The AS-93plus automates standard and sample introduction for instrument calibration and sample analysis, extending the spectrometer's capabilities to those of a fully automated analytical workstation. The AS-93plus is computer-controlled using PerkinElmer AA WinLab, WinLab32, or ELAN software.
Fast, accurate random access: An advanced drive system moves the sampling arm of the AS-93plus in the X and Y coordinates simultaneously, minimizing changeover time between samples. High-precision digital stepper motors move the AS-93plus sampling arm to its programmed X-Y-Z coordinates quickly and accurately. Random access programming gives you exceptional flexibility in the placement of samples and reference solutions.
Large, flexible sample capacity: Sample capacity with the AS-93plus is up to 200 samples per sample rack. Sample racks are easily interchanged, reducing analysis setup times and giving you the flexibility to use differently sized sample vessels matched to your analytical needs.

Standard rack configurations: In addition to the variety of sample racks offered by PerkinElmer, the AS-93plus is also compatible with commonly used laboratory sample rack configurations from other manufacturers, such as Scienceware or Gilson.
Corrosion-resistant sampling components: The sample probe assembly, including the sample transport capillary tubing, is made entirely of acid- and solvent-resistant PTFE.
Automatic rinsing: A built-in peristaltic pump permits continuous rinsing of the sampling capillary between samples, significantly reducing the risk of carryover. This is especially advantageous when samples with very different element concentrations have to be analyzed.
